Please note that if this form has not been completed you will not receive your photo proofs. Thank you!

Parent or Guardian information:

Online photo gallery

You will be notified via email once the proofing gallery is ready to be viewed.

(Only available starting November 30th 2025)

This link will be used to send your proof images November 30th via email communication.

Step 1

Click the sign in button.

Step 3

Select album "Thursday, Friday or Saturday" depending on which days your child's photos were taken.

Step 5

Click on your child's preferred individual image & click "favorite".

Step 2

- Enter passcode : "2025"

Step 4 

Select your childs division/group.

Step 6

Repeat step 5 for the group image.

Step 7

Please notify me via email once you have completed this process.

Image selection deadline

Online Image selection is due by December 7th to ensure timely delivery for Christmas gifts & orders.

Receiving your final images

Within 3-5 business days you will receive a download link via email to download your digital copies.

Extra prints

If you are interested in purchasing extra printed images orders should be submitted by December 7th to ensure timely delivery for Christmas gifts & orders.

Receiving your printed images

Your printed images will be available for pickup at the barn December 11th, 12th and 13th.
